The Local Legend (LCL) is awarded to the athlete who matches to a given segment more often than any other Strava athlete over a rolling 90-day period regardless of pace or speed. The LCL is displayed on the segment details page for run, ride, bike, walk, hike, and alpine/backcountry/nordic ski segments. The current LCL is also shown in the leaderboard for that segment on the web and mobile apps. Strava subscribers can tap on this section to see their LCL status, as well as the overall efforts, women’s efforts, and mutual efforts of their Local Legend follower.
Defeating these special mini-boss enemies will reward you with significant amounts of Mora, experience, and character/weapon enhancement materials. These enemies are specialized versions of common or elite enemies that use improved attacks. They can be found in Fontaine, Liyue, and Natlan. Some are located on the surface while others require you to complete a World Quest puzzle in order to access them.
The Polychrome Tri-Stars are a group of three legendary enemies located in the Ocean Circuit area of Natlan. They are a combination of Ranged, Melee, and Support, each with their own abilities. They are also a very difficult fight with their high health pools and strong elemental responses. To improve your chances of defeating them, try to secure victory over the first member of the group before the other two members join in. Additionally, look for Recovery Orbs on the edges of the battlefield to heal your character.
